The Purpose of the Columbus Heights Homeowners Association (HOA) is to promote the recreation, health, safety, welfare, benefit and enjoyment of the homeowners within Columbus Heights Estates.
The Association strives to ensure that Columbus Heights Estates is preserved principally for high quality residential use. The ongoing goal of the HOA is to protect and enhance the quality of life in Columbus Heights Estates.
The HOA will use its authority to enforce the covenants, conditions and restrictions and to manage the common amenities of the Columbus Heights Estates development. The HOA encourages the development and improvement of the services and facilities required and necessary for the support of Columbus Heights Estates.
A primary purpose of this website site is an effort by the Columbus Heights Estates HOA is to increase and elevate the communication level with the residents of Columbus Heights Estates and keep them current on all development activity, events, improvements, changes and conditions.
