Services:

  • Management, administrative and clerical responsibilities include but are not limited to, contract procurement, enforcement of regulations, setting up and attending board meetings, emergency service, insurance and compliance with the condominium laws, rules and regulations.
  • Maintenance services include, supervision of outside contractors, preparation of specifications, inspections, etc.
  • Resident services range from identification and recruitment of resident leadership to the preparation and distribution of resident handbooks and newsletters.
  • Financial services include providing a draft annual budget including reserve fund projections, ensuring the collection of homeowner dues and/or special assessments, maintaining and reconciling the Association's bank accounts, providing monthly financial statements to the Board, etc.
  • Property Maintenance - The common grounds of Columbus Heights Estates will be maintained by the employees of the Association or by employees of a management company designated by the Association. The maintenance of the lots and the structure on each individual lot, both interior and exterior, will be the responsibility of the Owner, however the Association’s employees will be available for additional fees to the Owner.
